PAMELA BARBIERI

Technical Resources Manager

I am Pamela Barbieri. I have been part of the Drillmec organization since 2008. I started my career in the rig-up and production area, where I developed strong operational and technical experience and later took on the role of Project Manager, a position I held for several years.
I was subsequently appointed as Head of Technical and Commercial Proposals, leading the preparation and development of proposals for complex projects.
Currently, I coordinate the entire Engineering and Industrialization department at Drillmec, overseeing technical development and the transition from design to production.

MARISA LLABRA

Project Manager Coordinator 

My name is Marisa. I was born in Argentina and I am a drilling engineer. I started my career working on drilling rigs in Argentina as a Company Man, and I also gained experience as a drilling design engineer and as an underbalanced drilling specialist. In 2015 I moved to Italy, and since 2018 I have been working at Drillmec. I started in the Customer Care department, providing technical support to clients, and over time I moved into project management roles.
I believe that having more women in engineering and in leadership roles brings new perspectives, improves collaboration, and helps create a more inclusive and innovative industry for the future.

 

 

FRANCESCA ROLLERI

Treasury Specialist

My name is Francesca Rolleri, I coordinate Treasury and Finance activities at Drillmec, managing liquidity, cash planning, and bank relationships.
I have been working at Drillmec for almost a 8 years. I recently completed the Executive Program in Corporate Finance at POLIMI GSoM to deepen my strategic financial expertise. My role focuses on optimizing processes, strengthening governance, and enabling efficient financial operations.

MICHELA BURGAZZI

Scada Software Engineer

I am Michela and I have been working at Drillmec for 5 years. I am part of the software department and mainly handle remote support for drilling rigs. I also take care of the HMI side, so I work on graphical interfaces that allow operators to control the rig in a simple and safe way.

 

 

LOREDANA MOISE

Spare Parts Specialist

My name is Loredana Moise, I am 25 years old and I have been working at Drillmec for about 5 years.  From the beginning I have been part of the Spare Parts department, where I built experience and developed a solid understanding of the products and customers’ needs. At the moment, I take care of orders and prepare quotations, always trying to work with accuracy and provide a reliable service. Working with customers and colleagues has helped me improve my organization and problem-solving skills. I am proud to do my job every day and to show that women have an important role in our sector.

SARA POGGI

LCS Back Office Specialist

My name is Sara Poggi, and I have been working at Drillmec since 2023, after my degree in Economics. I am responsible for organizing the Training Sessions for clients who come to our Training Center to obtain their certifications. In addition, I manage the administrative activities of the center, including the processes related to its renewal and accreditation. I am happy to work in an environment characterized by strong cooperation and a proactive spirit. I find great support in my colleagues, whose encouragement motivates me every day to grow in my role.

 

 

VALENTINA DEGANI

Spare Parts Specialist

My name is Valentina Degani, I am 28 years old and I have been working at the company for 8 years as an SPP Specialist. In my role, I manage spare parts and support customers throughout the entire post-order process.

GHAZALEH AMIRI

Electrical designer

My name is Ghazaleh Amiri. I came to Italy from Iran in 2021 to study for a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna. I have been working at Drillmec for almost a year and a half as an Electrical Designer in the Electrical Technical Office, where I design electrical schematics for drilling rigs.

 

 

VALENTINA SANTUCCI 

LCS Back Office Specialist

My name is Valentina Santucci, I’m 23 years old and I have been working at Drillmec for around one year as a Back Office Specialist in the After Sales department. This is my first job and since the beginning of my experience my role mainly involves preparing quotations and managing orders, supporting customers and ensuring that every request is handled efficiently. Working in the oil and gas sector is something I truly enjoy, and I’m proud to be part of such a dynamic and challenging industry. On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the talent, commitment and value that women bring to every workplace.
