A G-45 drilling rig for the deepest well ever made in Ethiopia

During the last edition of Geofluid, which took place last October in Piacenza Expo Center (Italy), Trevi Group confirmed its solid presence with its new Micropiles and Water Division and showcased its latest products. The G-45 hydraulic drilling rig on display configured in the version that recently drilled the deepest water well (600 mt) in Jijiga, Ethiopia. 
Drillmec G-45 on heavy duty trucks, equipped with a 875 bhp Caterpillar CAT C27 engine suitable to work at temperatures up to +55° and able to drill in the harshest conditions, could to carry out such a work in such a problematic area.
Thanks to the support of its Ethiopian branch based in Addis Ababa, Drillmec, through its engineers and experts, could train on site customer, drillers and operators enabling them to be in control of their equipment.
This important goal demonstrates how success comes from the combination of efficient rigs, quality, assistance and training of personnel on the drilling site.
